We are doing this because we want to .help people learn what signs show when a tsunami is going to happen and so that they will be able to protect themselves from tsunamis.

Everyone needs to know about this because prevention of natural disasters can save thousands of peoples’ lives every year. With more research and development, scientists can launch probes to help us better predict when, where, and how hard a tsunami will hit. With more warning, people can evacuate faster and more effectively prepare for them.
5. A goal- make sure this is a project that can be done and hopefully continued
Have research or probes that save the lives of at least 1,000 people over a period of 5 years.
6. A short-term plan for achieving your goal (keep it simple and don’t be too ambitious- again make sure you CAN actually do this)
Hold fundraisers to accumulate funds that will be donated to groups that are researching how to more effectively warn against tsunamis
7. A long-term plan for achieving your goal
Eventually set up our own research division and assist existing projects.
